Teams require a sponsorship of $225.00. If teams are not able to find a sponsor, fee will be split evenly among players

 

 

REFUND POLICY

Murrieta Valley Youth Basketball operates as a 501C3 nonprofit organization.  We keep registration costs as low as possible while still offering an excellent experience for players.

Prior to the season we use player registration fees to fund our operating budget, which includes uniforms, equipment, field/gym maintenance, and league fees, among other annual expenses.  In order to operate, our organization uses player fees prior to the season.

Because of this, refunds are only issued between registration open date and 4 weeks prior to season start date (12/13/25).  Request must be submitted in writing via email.  After 4 weeks prior to season start date, refunds are not issued if a player decides to voluntarily not participate.

In the case of injuries that prevent the player from playing, refunds may be issued after that date with a doctor's note and are evaluated by the members of the Board. If granted a refund and uniforms have already been ordered, uniform cost will be deducted from the refund amount and uniform is players to keep.

$25 of the registration fee will be nonrefundable, regardless of time frame. This is a non-negotiable fee due to the many underlying costs associate with payment processing.
